TODD MOSBY NEW HORIZONS ENSEMBLE WINTER TOUR

I just finished my Winter Tour outing with the New Horizons Ensemble and it just keeps getting better. The new music from the new set of recordings was received enthusiastically from the audience and the ensemble was tighter than ever.

We left from Saint Louis, MO in -1 degree cold and drove to Oklahoma City, OK. which was 48 degrees and dry. For two beautiful days we were in an amazingly beautiful concert hall and the Chickasaw Nation sponsored our performance. What an honor.

Muncie, Indiana was the next stop and we had two days in an awesome performance center on the Ball State University campus. We entered into heavy snow on the way in which was just beautiful. Their were some die hard music connoisseurs in the audience and they ranked that performance as one of the finest they had seen.

Saint Charles, IL was the next major stop along the way at Ron Onesti’s Club Arcada, speak easy and cabaret done up in the 1920’s type of setting. Very cool. We had some die hard fans out namely Tim Zyka who drove with his wife 3 hrs from Wisconsin to catch the set. Thank you Tim. We always cut loose at this venue and the Italian food served is absolutley amazing.

The ensemble is really sounding tight now after three years touring together. Thank Creator for allowing this music to touch the lives of listeners.
