*****
”From jazz, jazz fusion and samba to Bossa-nova and folk-rock, the album’s genre defying style makes sure that there is something here for everyone. I enjoy how the sound seems to represent the landscape, from the baking A Place in the Sun to the reflective By The Time I Get To Phoenix. There is a lot to discover in-between with almost limitless replay value.” - BT Fasmer, New Age Music Guide

There is nothing like a little Samba to ease the soul as the nights get longer
and summer gets stronger. Todd Mosby has been in full flow lately with
Georgia’s World, and here he is once again, but now supplying us with this
sultry new single entitled Moonrise Samba, a classy jazz packed creation
filled with the heat of an August night.
— Steve Sheppard, One World Music
The artist is a fluent and colourful guitarist with whatever style he takes on,
but for me, as a jazz fan, this is a segment to enjoy all the nuances, all the
added instrumentation that goes into creating one wonderfully blissful oasis
of a composition.

About This Album

“Wherever one goes in the Southwest, one encounters magic, strength, and beauty,” Ansel Adams wrote. Inspired by the same landscape – and Georgia O’Keeffe‘s art – each of the pieces on Todd Mosby’s upcoming album have similar characteristics. Land of Enchantment has magic enough for several releases. Stylish, playful and cool, the album underlines the deep connection between geography, art and culture. - BT Fasmer

This is the first in a series of albums depicting various regions of the U.S., its culture, landscape, spirituality and beauty from a musical perspective. Over the years I have gained much insight into myself and the world which surrounds through journeys taken within the Southwest desert regions of this country. Enjoy! - Todd Mosby
